In Apprentice’s Trial, you take on the role of a young mage apprentice in the midst of a desperate ritual. The kingdom teeters on the brink of destruction as relentless hordes of demons threaten to disrupt the only spell capable of stopping them. Your master, the supreme mage, is deep in concentration, channeling an ancient ritual—but any interruption could be fatal. 

Nothing can go wrong.

Your duty is clear: protect the ritual at all costs. Hold back the demonic onslaught while gathering and crafting vital components to fuel the spell. Every second matters, and a single mistake could mean the end of everything. As the ritual nears completion, the demons grow more relentless, testing your reflexes, strategy, and resilience to the limit.

Gameplay:

In Apprentice’s Trial, you must protect the mage while defending the ritual from attacks. At the same time, you need to gather and combine resources, merging two specific items to create the essential materials that sustain the ritual. As the game progresses, enemies become more aggressive, making it crucial to balance combat, crafting, and guarding the mage. Failing to deliver the required materials or letting the mage fall will result in the ritual’s failure.

• (W, A, S, D): move

• Left-click: shoot

• Right-click: grab item

• Esc: pause game (doesn't work in fullscreen)
